I have downloaded and installed office 16 and many thanks. I have problem in my MSWord and Excel. I can not change the font color and shading using the icons. Please help me how to solve this problem. Thanks very mucm

i cannot edit my files.
it seems like a “read only” file.
do we have to unlock something?

If your files are in Read-only then uncheck it & then retry.
If not then it’s your Ant-Virus that is stopping your program to do any modifications.
